Processing time
Every order is handed to the carrier within 2 business days. During peak season (November–December), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing — orders on the East Coast typically land at the faster end, thanks to our New Jersey warehouse.
Shipping rates & taxes
Shipping costs and applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on your address and order contents.
Tracking

Large items
Full-size trees ship in compact boxes directly from the warehouse nearest you. The box may look smaller than the tree — that’s by design: branches are compressed for shipping and fluff out during setup.
